About Us

OUR COMPANY

OUR COMPANY

We have named our company “Methven Adventures” with a plural. While the pools will occupy most of our attention over the next 2-3 years, we have had several conversations about other opportunities.

We are focused on adventures, not accommodation, shopping, or being a restaurant.

Opuke Thermal Pools and Spa is our first project.

Planning the “experience”. Tourists are experience hunters. Apart from swimming and laying around, and getting a bit of a massage, the “experience” is what they will talk about. What do we want them to talk about to their friends when they return? What is the particular experience that Methven will provide? We need to imagine the experience that the town will provide. People will say, “I went to Methven and I…..”
